On our fourth weekly update from Bill Werthmann, part of the team cycling across Canada as part of Hillary's Ride for Mental Health we heard about some of the inspiring people they've met along the way. People like Kilderic Moroy who is riding solo across Canada to encourage Canadians to Be The Change by pledging to do environmentally beneficial actions. Or two elder gentlemen who are riding for alzheimer's, and the runner that's running tip-to-tip on Vancouver Island for Mental Health.
