Connecting the Mind and Body by Bike (and social networks)
Jet McDonald and his girlfriend Jen rode their bikes from Britain to India. He's now working on a book, Mind is the Ride, that recounts that journey, and their transition from Western mind-based philosophies to Eastern body-centred beliefs.
We spoke to Jet to find out how more about the ride, and the transition in philosophies as well as how his crowd-funding project is going.
We tied this all into a topic of how social media (including crowd-fudning platforms) are changing the way cyclists are working and living together.
