In the midst of Mental Health Week, we hear from Blake Loates, a photographer who has started a project called We All Believe In You, which puts a face to mental illness, hoping to break down stigma and shame. On Monday the first phase of her project came to fruition when 50 photos of people were exhibited at the Art Gallery of Alberta. Each person had an accompanying story about how they are, or have been, affected by a mental illness. We all believe in you.

Project Manager Amanda Gelinas from the City of Edmonton updated us on the roll out of the 102 and 83 Avenue bike lanes, which are starting this year, and told us the city is planning to install bike counters on some routes, including the High Level Bridge, within the next few months. She also said that serious consideration is being given to temporary installs of cycle tracks along 102 Ave corridor, before the true project completion. We believe it.
