Tom Babin is the features editor at the Calgary Herald. He's also a keen cyclist, riding year round. This year he went to Oulu, Finland, to discuss with other riders how cycling is done around the world at a Winter Cycling Congress. We hear about what he learnt, how they ride year round, and how we could approach cycling differently in Alberta.
