about

On the bike report, with Karly Coleman, we were talking hostility, and how that which is felt by white male cyclists is incomparable to that of any other demographic of bike riders. We heard what normal hostility means for one female cyclist, Heather Magusin, and talked about the racist slurs targeted and endured by others, including cyclist Bashir Mohamed who faced an alleged racist verbal assault with an incident with a truck driver and passenger last Friday.

We also talked about Urb Prk that features a bicycle powered charging station with glowing lights on Whyte Ave.
